The Job Requisition Approved Date is a key field in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management.

The Approved Date is not stored directly in a database column. Instead, it is a native calculated field derived from the Job Requisition Status Audit log — specifically, it reflects the earliest date when the requisition first received "Open" (Approved) status. 

Reporting Options for Approved Date

Option 1: Story Reports (Recommended – Available from 2H 2024)

As of the 2H 2024 release, the Job Requisition Approval Details table is now available in Story reports (previously only in Table reports). A query on this table displays:

• Approved Date
• Approved By (approver's name)
• Time required to fill positions

 Option 2: Ad Hoc Reports (Table Reports) – Recruiting V2

To report on the job requisition status change date (including the approval date): 

1. Go to Ad Hoc Report
2. Select Report Table
3. Select Single Domain → Recruiting V2
4. From the Job Req Status Audit section, select:
   • Created Date (Timestamp) or Created Date
