• On iOS devices, MFA-based authentication via Microsoft Entra ID in SAP Joule Work Mobile does not complete; after successful MFA in Entra ID, the app appears to hang waiting for the response.
• Desktop and Android scenarios work with both basic and MFA-based authentication.
• On iOS, only basic authentication works; the MFA flow instructs the user to continue in Microsoft Edge, while the app appears to handle the response in a different browser component.
• Setting Microsoft Edge as the default browser does not resolve the issue.
• Authenticating directly in Microsoft Edge does not complete the flow for the app.
