3800599 - Segmentation - Cannot assign same EAN for same UoM across different stock segments in material master

Symptom

  • Unable to define the same EAN for different stock segment combinations when the unit of measure (UoM) is the same.
  • The second characteristic of the segment combination is used to represent packing structure (treated by the user as equivalent to a UoM), but the system does not allow the same EAN for same UoM across different segment values.
