3800611 - Error CA-201 — Person Record Not Updating Due to refId Mismatch in SAP FSM

Symptom

  • An employee record is not replicating or updating correctly in SAP FSM via integration.
  • The integration returns the following error:ERROR 201: Object [Person:XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX] doesn't have a unique externalId [XXXXXXXXXX]
  • The employee exists in FSM but their details (e.g., Employee code, or name field) are not being updated.
  • The issue affects only specific users, while others replicate without problems.
