3800640 - Sales Office Mandatory When Creating Thailand Intercompany Sales Order

When creating a Thailand Intercompany Sales Order, an error message is displayed:

"Maintain Sales Office for the Thailand Intercompany Process" (GLO_LOG_TH 000)

The sales order cannot be saved until the issue is resolved.

Changes introduced in S/4HANA Public Cloud 2608 release make the Sales Office field mandatory for Thailand Intercompany Sales Orders.

This solution is required for S/4HANA Public Cloud customers where the Sales Office field must be filled mandatorily via Business Partner (BP) while creating a Thailand Intercompany Sales Order.

Maintain the Sales Office in the Business Partner master data before creating the sales order for a domestic Intercompany transaction.

If the Sales Office is missing, the error message "Maintain Sales Office for the Thailand Intercompany Process" (GLO_LOG_TH 000) will appear, and the sales order cannot be saved.
