3800673 - ICMR group reporting: cross-version processing is not supported

Symptom

Following error occurs when using group reporting scenario in the matching method and RVERS is not maintained in the Mandatory Field Filter or is left empty. 

1. Reconciliation report displays no results.

2. Error in simulation tool  ICA_ELIM_SIM:

Message No. ICA04025 "The elimination method XXX assigned to the task is invalid."

3. No data selected in IC Elimination task.
