3800687 - PurchasingContractERPConfirmation_Out is not triggered after SAP S/4HANA Upgrade

Symptom

  •  After the SAP S/4HANA system upgrade when sending Contracts from SAP Ariba Contracts to SAP S/4HANA , QuoteMessagePurchasingContract_Async_In_V1 are getting created, but PurchasingContractERPConfirmation_Out is not initiated from SAP S/4HANA. 
  • In SMQ2, the relevant queue entry shows status SYSFAIL with Error message SR053: Function module ENQUEUE_ARBCIG_CONSUMPN is not available.
