When navigating to the Form Inbox page with Enhanced Keyboard Navigation enabled or a screen reader active, the instruction "To move to the content, press F2." is neither announced by the screen reader nor displayed as an on-screen hint. Users relying on assistive technology are therefore unable to navigate to the form links in the Form Inbox list and cannot open forms using the keyboard.
