• IBP jobs fail with "User Error" intermittently
• In the corresponding CIDS task trace log, processing appears to stop after entries similar to:
  JOB:Job <xxx> is started.
  DATAFLOW:Process to execute data flow <xxx> is started.
  JOB:Initializing transcoder for datastore <xxx> to transcode between engine codepage<Unicode (UTF-16)> and datastore codepage <<DEFAULT>> 
• Agent log has error: "SEVERE: Exception while getting job status from jobserver :Socket is closed "
