Class error when adding to history: Missing CSRF Token for the request URI: /admin/student/trainingEventWizardStep6Next.do

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Open the target class.
2. From the actions menu, select Add to History.
3. Proceed through the wizard and select a completion status.
4. On step 6, the following error appears when around 2000+ users are selected: Missing CSRF Token for the request URI: /admin/student/trainingEventWizardStep6Next.do.
5. Repeat the process but select only one user.
6. The learning history saves successfully.

This is expected behavior: associating a large number of users to learning history at once via the UI is not advised and can result in a missing CSRF token error on step 6.

• Avoid associating a large number of users to learning history in a single UI action.
• To record learning in mass, use a supported tool: Learning History Connector or the Import Data Tool.
• Alternatively, perform the action from the UI in smaller batches.
