3800749 - Ship-to address pop-up shows twice when sold-to and ship-to are changed together

Symptom

When creating or changing a sales order, if both the sold-to party and ship-to party are changed simultaneously, and the newly assigned ship-to party is a one-time customer, the address screen for the ship-to party appears twice in succession.

Any address data entered or modified in the first pop-up will be overwritten by the second pop-up, resulting in the changes being lost.
