 How does the claim and suspend work

Environment

  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
 

Resolution

  1. Use Claim in My Inbox to take ownership of a task when multiple potential processors exist for same step; after one user claims, others no longer see the task.
  2. Use Suspend in My Inbox to temporarily remove the task from all potential processors’  My inbox until the specified date; after the date, the task reappears.

 Also you can view the Suspeded and completed task In App"My Outbox".
