3800888 - Tag filtering discrepancy in Redesigned Candidate Workbench : Recruiting Management

When using the Redesigned Candidate Workbench, the behaviour of filtering usings the tags appear inconsistent.

• If a candidate application is opened, the tag is displayed correctly on the candidate record.
• However, when filtering candidates by this tag from the candidate list, the system indicates that only some candidates have the tag assigned.

Many candidates have been tagged and show in their respective application but when you filter on the tags only some candidates are returned.  

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

• Enable the new redesigned Candidate workbench
• In filters, enable the option for 'Tags'
• There are many candidates with a particular tag, this can be verified by opening each application.
• Now Go to filters -> Tags -> add the same tag
• The results display only a few candidates and not all the candidates with the tag.

This is a Known Issue.
