3801002 - Backend Dump Occurs During Confirmation of a Large Number of Components in the "Confirm Production Order Operation" Application

Symptom

Confirmation Fails with Backend Dump for Production Orders Containing Large Numbers of Components when using application "Confirm Production Order Operation" (CO11N).

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to application "Confirm Production Order Operation" (CO11N).
  2. Enter the production order number and yield quantity.
  3. Click on Goods movement.
  4. Observe that the system goes on loading phase and a backend error dump occurs.

Cause

The application was accessed using an outdated version of Google Chrome.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, update Google Chrome on the affected workstation to the latest available version. After the browser update is completed, retry the confirmation in the Confirm Production Order Operation (CO11N) application. The update ensures compatibility with the application and prevents the backend dump from occurring during the confirmation process.
