3801016 - Manual goods receipt via POD plugin posts twice due to auto GR at SFC completion

• After adding the Goods Receipt plugin (GoodsReceiptTable) to a Work Center POD 2.0, posting a manual goods receipt for a quantity (for example, 1) and then completing the last operation causes the posted quantity to increase by the same amount again.
• An additional goods receipt attempt is made on completion, and the Integration Message Dashboard shows a failure because the order quantity was exceeded.
