3801065 - Multiple manual deployment unavailable after automatic deployment failure during transport import - SAP Datasphere

• Automatic deployment during transport import fails with an error.
• Attempting to select multiple target objects for manual deployment is not possible.
• Error: Failed to Deploy number of Objects in "ABC".
• CSN Compilation failed with following messages:
  Expecting non-empty string for property ‘as’ ABC failed to compile due to: Source entity could not be found

1. Import a transport package into the target space.
2. Observe that the automatic deployment ends with an error.
3. Attempt to select multiple target objects and perform a manual deployment in bulk.
4. Notice that bulk selection/deployment is not available; only one-by-one deployment can be performed.

The exported transport package included objects that had not been deployed previously, which prevented bulk manual deployment after the automatic deployment failed.

1. In the source (development) environment, identify objects included in the export that are not yet deployed.
2. Correct and deploy those objects in the development environment to ensure all transported objects and their dependencies are consistent.
3. Import the updated transport package into the target environment.
