3801087 - Analytics Reports stuck in Scheduled state (clock icon) in Work Zone

Symptom

  • In Administration Console → Analytics → Reports, generated reports remain in a “Scheduled” state with a clock icon and do not complete.
  • Multiple report types and different timescale parameters were attempted; all remained pending.
  • Typical generation time is approximately 1-2 minutes, but observed wait time exceeded several hours without completion.
  • Reports cannot be accessed or downloaded because it is not generated.
  • No explicit error message is displayed.
