3801122 - 2 GConnector – OTP Password Change Error and Screenset Preloading on Every Page

Symptom

  1. When a logged-in user changes their password via OTP, the Magento 2 GConnector returns an error after form submission.
  2. As soon as gigya.js loads, the connector automatically loads and hides the login screenset HTML on every page, causing plugins such as reCAPTCHA to initialise unnecessarily.
