3801123 - Error: "This Templates does not contain a class with the name" when Generating Statements

When trying to generate statements, job fails with the following error: "Full exception:com.successfactors.jobscheduler.ScheduledJobExecutionException: javax.xml.transform.TransformerConfigurationException: This Templates does not contain a class with the name"

• SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
• SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay

1. Go to Compensation Home > Select template
2. Complete Compensation Cycle > Reward Statement > Generate Statements
3. Job fails: "Full exception:com.successfactors.jobscheduler.ScheduledJobExecutionException: javax.xml.transform.TransformerConfigurationException: This Templates does not contain a class with the name"

Images URLs are broken for Statement Logo and/or Signature

Re-upload the images URLs for logo and signature. Please, follow the steps below:

1. Save the Logo and Signature image in: .jpg, .jpeg, or .png format
2. Go to: https://www.base64-image.de/
3. Browse file > Select the image
4. Under "Encoding Results" at the image uploaded
5. Click at "</> Code"
6. Under "Data URL" > Click on "Copy"
7. At SuccessFactors, go to Compensation Home
8. Action for all plans > Manage Statement Templates > Select template
9. For Logo: Click at the pencil icon > Paste the copied URL under "Use Custom Logo URL"
10. Fo Signature: Click at the pencil icon > Click at the image icon > Paste the copied URL under "Source URL"
11. Save the Statement Template
