3801138 - Latest People Profile: Direct link/ Deep Link to badges block no longer works

• After universal activation of the latest people profile, previously working direct/deep links to the badges block in people profile no longer work.
• Attempts to construct a new deep link to open badges (for example via liveprofile parameters) do not navigate to the badges experience.

1. Activate or use the Latest People Profile.
2. From an external portal or bookmark, open a legacy direct link that targeted the badges block in People Profile (for example, a link using a blockView fragment with a badges block id).
3. Alternatively, construct and open a new deep link attempt using liveprofile parameters intended to open badges.
4. Observe that the system does not open the badges experience directly.

• In the Latest People Profile, the badges card is not available in Full Profile and is available only in Spotlight. Deep links to Spotlight/badges are not supported by design, which breaks legacy badges block links and prevents creating an equivalent direct link.
