3801202 - Maintenance order: different start and finish times between Fiori apps, Web Dynpro, and backend due to incomplete time zone configuration

Symptom

In Plant Maintenance, the same maintenance order can show different start and finish date/time values depending on the application and the display mode.

Typical observations include a constant offset (for example three hours) between Find Maintenance Order (list or object page), Change Maintenance Order / Change Proactive Maintenance (edit versus display), Web Dynpro applications, and SAP GUI. Fields such as Required Start, Scheduled Start, Required End, Scheduled End, Basic Start, and Basic Finish may be affected.

The same offset can also appear when dates are maintained in an external scheduling tool and then compared with SAP Fiori or SAP GUI.
