Symptom

  • When accessing Competencies in Talent Intelligence Hub under the Kazakh locale, a blank screen is displayed.
  • Error message: "Invalid Locale passed while fetching libraries with filter".
  • The issue occurs only under the Kazakh locale; it does not reproduce in other locales.
