3801209 - Why all conditional approvers appear before the approval task starts in Control-based Engagement Request projects?

In an Engagement Request that uses a Custom Approval Flow with conditional approval nodes, all approvers are displayed before the task becomes active. After the task starts, the system evaluates the conditions and only the applicable approvers remain visible.
