3801210 - Cannot add a new charge line in a completed Freight Order for Lean Service Procurement

• In SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM), for a freight order using lean settlement with invoicing status “Invoice Verified” and life cycle status “Completed”, when the life cycle status is changed manually to “In Process” and a new charge line is inserted, the newly created charge line is immediately greyed out and cannot be edited.
• The system prevents maintaining charge details (for example, charge type and amount) on the newly added line.
• After inserting the new charge line, the freight order life cycle status switches back to “Completed”.
