• What is the data retention period for the Usage Auditing feature in WorkZone? 
• Is there a limitation on the number of entries exported per operation in Usage Auditing?

1. Go to the Administration Console.
2. Navigate to Compliance and Security > Content Administration
3. Enable Content Administration > Usage Auditing
4. Select Start and End Date > Download logs

Usage Auditing logs are retained indefinitely without any Data Retention limit. However, a restriction applies to the volume of data that can be exported per operation.

There are no restrictions on the Start Date and End Date selection when performing an export. However, each export operation supports a maximum of 1,000 log entries, and any entries exceeding this limit will not be displayed.

It is recommended that users define an appropriate time range based on their specific usage requirements to ensure the exported results remain within the supported limit.
