3801236 - Fiori Launchpad startup performance issue - SAP ASE for Business Suite

Symptom

  • Intermittent exhaustion of Fiori Dialog Work Processes (DiaWPs) occurs, especially during SAP Fiori Launchpad startup (/sap/bc/ui2/start_up) and FLP (/sap/bc/ui2/flp/) activities.
  • In transaction SM50, the Read and Read Time values for table /UIF/LREPDCONTCD are significantly high.
  • The issue may persist even after updating statistics and performing table reorganization (REORG) on the affected tables in the SAP ASE database.
