3801247 - Error FINS_ACDOC_PLANNING271 when transferring Plan data between ACDOCP and CO tables

Symptom

When transferring CO plan data assigned to Cost Element Category 11 between the ACDOCP and CO tables using the programs R_FINS_PLAN_TRANS_CO_S4H_2_ERP and R_FINS_PLAN_TRANS_CO_ERP_2_S4H, the system issues the message: FINS_ACDOC_PLANNING271 - "Order & cannot carry revenues: No transfer”
