3801309 - Custom Field Not Available in Configuration Activity "Change Field Catalog for Condition Tables" - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

A custom field cannot be added to the "Change Field Catalog for Condition Tables" configuration activity for revenue account determination in billing. The custom field is unavailable for selection in the field catalog.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the configuration activity "Change Field Catalog for Condition Tables".
2. Attempt to add a custom field to the catalog for revenue account determination.
3. Observe that the custom field is unavailable for selection.

The business scenario "Billing Document to Account Determination on Header Level" or "Billing Document to Account Determination on Item Level" has not been enabled for the affected custom field in the "Custom Fields" app.

1. Open the "Custom Fields" app.
2. Locate the affected custom field.
3. Edit the custom field and enable the business scenario "Billing Document to Account Determination on Header Level" or "Billing Document to Account Determination on Item Level".
4. Save and publish (republish) the custom field.
5. Return to the configuration activity "Change Field Catalog for Condition Tables" and verify the custom field is now available for selection.
