3801315 - Details not loading when switching to substitution tasks - My Inbox - Approval of Working Times - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2608

Symptom

  • In My Inbox, when opening “Approval of Working Times” for the user’s own task and then switching to an “Approval of Working Times” task on behalf of another user (substitution), the Time Entries section does not load and shows "There are no entries yet. When there are, you’ll see them here."
  • After switching back to the user’s own “Approval of Working Times” task, the same empty state appears and persists until re-navigation/reload.
  • Console error: Log-dbg.js?eval: The target you tried to get "TimeEntry-approveTimesheetInbox-detail" does not exist! - EventProvider sap.m.routing.Targets
