Symptom

  1.  The Fiscal Year Period value help dropdown in the Year to Date Balances app displays duplicate or seemingly incorrect period entries.
  2. The behavior persists even after following the steps in KBA 3537045.
  3. Multiple identical-looking items are associated with a single fiscal period.
