3801632 - Widget Image is cropped on Work Zone Mobile

Symptom

  • Desktop/Web Browser: The widget displays the full image correctly.
  • Mobile Device: The same widget displays only a partial/cropped image, preventing users from viewing the complete image.

Environment

  • SAP Build Work Zone
  • SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to Work Zone.
  2. Navigate to the Work Zone home page.
  3. View the widget containing the image on a desktop browser; the image is displayed correctly.
  4. Open the same page on a mobile device (or mobile browser).
  5. Observe that the image is cropped and only part of it is visible.

Cause

This is a Known Error.

Resolution

This fix for this issue is planned to be deployed September 30th.
