3801673 - Icons are Missing in Collapsed Vertical Navigation

• When the site navigation is switched from horizontal to vertical, collapsing the left-hand navigation using the menu toggle (the three-line icon) results in no icons being displayed in the collapsed sidebar.

SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone

1. In Menu Editor, change the navigation layout from Horizontal to Vertical.
2. Save the changes.
3. Open the site and verify the left vertical navigation is visible.
4. Collapse the left navigation using the top-left menu button (three lines).
5. Observe that the collapsed sidebar shows no icons, although entries may still be clickable.

Product bug/defect affecting the vertical navigation when the menu is collapsed.

The Engineering Team is aware of this behavior and a fix has been applied (addressed by a code correction).
It will be implemented on: September 3, 2026.
