3801683 - Increase "Test Users" license for SAP Analytics Cloud

The administrator needs to increase the amount of Test Users license for the SAP Analytics Cloud tenant.

• SAP Analytics Cloud
• SAP Business Technology Platform

This can be achieved by updating the Service Instance via SAP BTP Cockpit.
