3801721 - Brazil TDF - Warning MS0013 "NI de contribuinte diferente do NI do contribuinte do lote" displayed when sending EFD-Reinf events via PI communication

When submitting EFD-Reinf events via PI communication, the government returns the following warning in the XML response (government code MS0013):

"Após a data 01/11/2026 não será mais permitido o envio de eventos com NI de contribuinte diferente do NI do contribuinte do lote."

The warning does not appear when submitting via HTTP communication. It is visible in XML file from the government response with <codResp>MS0013</codResp> and <tpOcorr>2</tpOcorr> (warning type).

The root indicator: the Batch Sender Number shown in the batch details differs from the Registration Number (CNPJ Root). For example:

• Registration Number: 1 - 74544297 (CNPJ Root, 8 digits)
• Batch Sender Number: 1 - 74544297000192 (full CNPJ, 14 digits)

After 01/11/2026, the government will reject — not just warn — submissions where these two values differ.
