3801747 - Users Redirected to Career Site Builder (CSB) Instead of SuccessFactors Home Page

Some users are being redirected to the Career Site Builder page instead of the last visited page when logging into SuccessFactors.

This also occurs when the user accesses the /sf/start deeplink, even though the landing page in the user settings is configured to the Home page.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Log in to your SuccessFactors instance.
2. Notice that you are immediately redirected to Career Site Builder instead of your configured landing page.
3. To confirm the Home page loads independently, navigate directly to: https://performancemanager.successfactors.eu/sf/home
4. Navigate to the /sf/start deeplink — the system redirects to Career Site Builder, even though this is not the configured landing page and the instance is set to respect the last visited page.
5. Log out from a page other than Career Site Builder — on the next login or when hitting /sf/start, the system still redirects to Career Site Builder.

This has been confirmed as a system defect by our Development team.

A software correction is planned to be delivered on 22-Sep-2026 for Preview and on 24-Sep-2026 for Production. Please verify the fix 24 hours after the respective correction date for your environment.
