3801751 - Unable to Schedule Periodic Dunning Runs in Fiori App "Schedule Accounts Receivable Jobs" (F2366). Job Template SAP_FI_AR_DUNNING Not Available

When attempting to execute a periodic (recurring) dunning run in the Fiori app "My Dunning Proposals", the app only allows dunning execution for one dunning clerk at a time, which does not support running dunning for multiple clerks or company codes simultaneously. In the Fiori app "Schedule Accounts Receivable Jobs" (F2366), the expected job template SAP_FI_AR_DUNNING for scheduling recurring dunning runs is not visible, even after the Basis team’s verification with full authorizations. Only the following job templates are available in the app:

• SAP_FIN_AR_PAYMNT_ADV_ADVICE_REORG
