3801811 - Customer assigned to one customer hierarchy type in VDH1N does not automatically assigned to another hierarchy type

Symptom

  • In transaction VDH1N, a customer is created for a particular customer hierarchy type, when making search with another customer hierarchy type, no data is returned.
  • A customer is assigned to a higher-level customer in VDH1N. But it doesn't show up when displaying the higher-level customer with another customer hierarchy type.
