3801839 - Candidate count in Ad Hoc/Story reports is higher than Candidate Search results - Recruiting Management

Candidate count number in the Ad-hoc Report and Story Report is more than the candidates display in the candidate dashboard.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Create an Ad-hoc report or a Story Report
2. Apply filters and count the candidates
3. Go to Candidate Search and use the same filters to search for candidates
4. Observe that the candidates returned are fewer than the count shown in the report

Anonymized candidates are included in Ad Hoc and Story reports but do not appear in Candidate Search results.

1. Open the Ad Hoc or Story report
2. Add a filter: Anonymized Flag = Non-Anonymized
3. Run the report again to align the count with Candidate Search results
