3801841 - “Enable new SAP Fiori-style value help” setting for WebGUI is removed after system upgrade

Symptom

  • Expect to switch off  “Enable new SAP Fiori-style value help” setting, though the setting seems to be removed after kernel upgrade
  • After upgrading to S/4HANA 2025, the value help (F4) dialog in Fiori screens shows search criteria fields arranged horizontally; previously they appeared vertically.
  • Not possible to switch back to the old F4 help search.
  • Occurs across all Fiori F4 value help dialogs; examples noted include FB50, FB60, and FB70.
