3801860 - Datahub does not create or update materials/customers in SAP Commerce Cloud from ERP despite idocs received

Symptom

Replication of articles (materials)  from ERP to SAP Commerce via Datahub does not create or update items.

After checking, found :

  • XML files are visible in logs; in T-Code: WE05, iDocs appear green.
  • Communication and authorization between systems is reported as working.
  • Datahub Backoffice shows 0 pending items and many processed items.
  • Datahub log errors during MATMAS processing:

com.hybris.datahub.model.InvalidAttributeException:

Field: 'EDI_DC40-DOCNUM' is not defined for type: 'RawMATMAS' and cannot be set and Invalid attribute warnings for 'dh_type' and 'dh_sourceId' not defined for 'RawMATMAS'
