• After a job requisition is closed, interview assessment to-do cards initially disappear from the home page (homepage). 
• Later, interview assessment to-do cards display again on the home page (homepage) even though the related job requisition remains closed.
• The reappearing to-do cards are visible for all interviewers associated with the relevant application.
• This occurs after editing and saving a job application in a closed requisition via the UI.
• This also occurs after updating a job application in a closed requisition via OData API or Integration Center. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Ensure the job requisition is closed and open a job application under it.
2. Change one or more application field values and save, or update the application via OData API/Integration Center.
3. Check all interviewers’ homepages and observe that the related interview assessment to-do cards reappear.

The SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting system is designed so that whenever a job application is saved or updated — whether by a user or by OData API — the system automatically checks the status of interview assessment tasks (to-do cards) for all interviewers linked to applications under the same job requisition.

If the interview assessment is not completed and submitted, the related to-do cards will reappear on homepage.

This is standard system behavior.
