3801910 - Exported User Name in Manage Clock In Clock Out Does Not Match People Profile

The user name exported from Manage Clock In Clock Out does not match the person ID displayed in the employee's People Profile. Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

1. Navigate to Manage Clock In Clock Out and export the time event data to a spreadsheet. 
   
2. In the exported file, the User Name column displays an unrecognized value — it does not match either the person ID or the email address configured in the employee's People Profile. 
   

The Username field is not effective-dated. As a result, any subsequent changes to the Username may not be captured during the synchronization process. 

Perform an Employee Full Synchronization using the steps below, then re-export the time event.

1. Navigate to Manage Data → Clock In Clock Out Employee Full Synchronisation Details.
2. From the dropdown list, select EMPLOYEE_SYNC_CONFIGURATION.
3. Set Trigger Full Synchronisation to YES and save the changes.
4. Wait for the synchronization to complete — this may take several minutes.
5. Once Last Synchronisation Success shows YES and Last Synchronisation Date reflects today's date, the full synchronization has completed successfully.
