3801925 - Cannot upload code list values for a custom field - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Attempting to upload code list values for a custom field via the Custom Fields app remains stuck on the processing screen and does not complete.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Custom Fields app.
2. Select the affected custom field.
3. Navigate to the Code Values section and choose Upload.
4. Select the file and start the upload.
5. Observe the processing screen remains stuck and the upload does not complete.

The file used for upload does not conform to the required template/format for code values.

1. Open the Custom Fields app and select the affected custom field.
2. Go to the Code Values section and choose Download to obtain the upload template.
3. Populate the downloaded template with the required code values, following the provided headers, column order, and formatting.
4. Save the file without changing the template headers or structure.
5. Return to the Code Values section and use Upload to import the completed template.
6. Verify that the upload completes successfully.
