3801932 - Agency Portal returning 404 error - Recruiting Management

404 error occurs when Company ID is entered in Agency Access Portal.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Agency Access Portal URL.

2. Enter the Company ID and click on Continue.

3. Error code 404 occurs.

There was an issue related to Apigee in DC 68 Prod, which has been fixed now.

404 error is resolved. Agency users should now be able to login to Agency Portal now.
