Symptom

  • In the Manage In-House Service Objects app (F7695), using the list view action Decide to create a Service Quotation or Service Order works as expected.
  • In the Service Object details view, choosing Create Service Quotation or Create Service Order shows an error "Copying transaction &1 to transaction &2 is not maintained in Customizing" and no document is created.
