3801973 - Rating Source column does not show detailed source name

In the People Profile Trend portlet, rating records display detailed source information, such as the specific form name. However, when extracting rating records via ad hoc report, the Rating Source column only returns values such as Live Profile, Scorecard, Form, or Calibration.

This is expected behavior. The Rating Source field indicates only the category of how the rating was written into the profile (from a performance form, manually entered via Live Profile and so on). It does not carry details such as the specific form name.
