3802021 - How to enable and disable recall button for participants after evaluation in 360 multi-rater form

In a 360 multi-rater form, the recall button is visible on invisible to raters after they complete their evaluation. How to control the visibility of this button?

Option A:

1. Go to Manage Templates and download the template XML.
2. Locate the recall-enabled attribute and define its value (true or false).
3. Upload the template XML

Option B:

1. In Provisioning, open the template’s XML page.
2. Select the setting "Recall enabled" or "Recall disabled".
3. Save the changes.

After applying either option, initiate a new 360 form based on the updated template to verify the setting.
