3802029 - Interview Central - Interview Rating is not getting saved - Recruiting Management

In Interview Central, previously saved ratings for candidates are being lost/removed intermittently for some users.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Interviewer opens the Interview Scorecard/Rating form during a live interview session
2. Interviewer rates Competency 1, clicks "Save"
3. Interviewer rates Competency 2, clicks "Save" 
4. Interviewer completes overall rating and clicks "Save"
5. Select preference in Overall Rating
6. click on "Finish"
7. Go back into interview Central and see that all or partial rating has been wiped out
