3802146 - Document Import web service document name modification

Symptom

I want to change the document extension/name using the web service document Import Web Service for our Full Sourcing Projects.

When updating an existing document in Full Sourcing Projects via the Document Import Web Service, the service replaces the file content but retains the original file name and extension.

The DocumentName element in the Document Import request is ignored during update operations; the document name is not changed.
