3802147 - Error "Resource not found for the segment 'SalesOrganization' "when viewing outbound delivery header via Joule (SAP S/4HANA)

Symptom

  • SAP Joule for shipping specialist to (query outbound delivery) is no longer working
  • Backend Gateway /IWFND/ERROR_LOG traces show the error when querying the LE_SHP_OD_LIST_SRV service, for example "Property SalesOrganization not found in type C_OutboundDeliveryListType" or “Resource not found for the segment 'SalesOrganization'.” (also other segments could give errors)
  • This behavior previously worked and then started failing.
